I may have missed the carnival, but hey, there's still colour all around, a red door and some pretty daisies.
I'd been misinformed, told the carnival started at 2pm but it must have started way before then, because by the time I went out to see it, everyone was leaving! Oh well, it wasn't meant for me to see.
This little old fashioned vintage pram, used now as a plant pot, is often outside the vintage clothing shop, and I like it, its just got something cute and quaint about it.

I noticed that Bethesda Chapel was open. I hadn't been inside so now was my chance. There had been an exhibition of hand made quilts, but I missed that too! I was happy to catch the light through the windows.
And there it was, the afternoon light, green and healing, soft and calming
